Open space only works if it is divided well. We build gypsum and glass partitions that turn large rooms into useful ones — a study off the bedroom, a meeting room off the open office, a storeroom behind the shop — finished, painted and ready to use. Because we also do the decoration, the new wall is skimmed, painted and trimmed to look like it was always there.

Partitioning questions
Do I need the landlord's permission for a partition?
For rentals and managed buildings, usually yes. We give you a simple drawing to submit, and we use fixings that can be removed cleanly when the lease ends.
Can a partition hold a TV or shelves?
Yes — we reinforce the frame at the fixing points during construction, which is why it is worth deciding before boarding.
How messy is partitioning in an occupied home?
Framing and boarding are low-mess; the dusty part is skimming. We sheet the room, sand back and repaint to a finished wall.
